Over the course of using Connect, it may be necessary to clear a user's preferences.
Clearing a User's Preferences
To clear the preferences for a user:
- Navigate to the Company Admin screen.

- Click on the User Management sub-menu in the menu bar on the left,
followed by the Users menu option. The Users screen
appears.

- Click on the Clear User Preferences icon (
) beside the desired user profile. The 'clear
preference' confirmation message appears.
- To cancel without clearing the preferences for the user profile, click the
Cancel button. The user profile's preferences are not deleted.
- Click the OK button. The user profile's preferences are cleared.
