Once created, User Agents are able to be edited to change the reporting tags that Connect
will use to report on a given User Agent when used by a customer.
Editing a User Agent Tags
To edit a User Agent tags:
- Navigate to the Company Admin screen.

- Under the Campaigns sub-menu in the menu bar on the left, click on
the User Agents menu item. The User Agents screen
appears.

- Click on the user agent key name link from the list of user agents or click
on the Edit icon (
) beside the desired user agent. The user agent
tags details screen appears displaying the details of the content
repository.
- Select and/or deselect the tags required for the user agent.
- To cancel without saving any changes to the user agent tags, click the
Cancel button. The User Agents screen appears. No changes
are saved for the user agent.
- Click the Save button. The User Agents screen appears. The
changes are saved for the user agent.
