Editing User Agents

Once created, User Agents are able to be edited to change the reporting tags that Connect will use to report on a given User Agent when used by a customer.



Editing a User Agent Tags

To edit a User Agent tags:
  1. Navigate to the Company Admin screen.

  2. Under the Campaigns sub-menu in the menu bar on the left, click on the User Agents menu item. The User Agents screen appears.

  3. Click on the user agent key name link from the list of user agents or click on the Edit icon () beside the desired user agent. The user agent tags details screen appears displaying the details of the content repository.

  4. Select and/or deselect the tags required for the user agent.
  5. To cancel without saving any changes to the user agent tags, click the Cancel button. The User Agents screen appears. No changes are saved for the user agent.
  6. Click the Save button. The User Agents screen appears. The changes are saved for the user agent.
