Activating Event Handlers

Once an event handler is created, it must be activated in order to begin processing events as they occur. This is performed in the Event Hander screen.

Activating an Event Handler

To activate an event handler:
  1. Navigate to the Company Admin screen.

  2. Click on the Event Handlers menu item under the Campaigns side menu.

    The Event Handlers screen appears.

  3. The red dot in the Status field indicates that the event handler is inactive. Click the red dot.

    The dot turns green, indicating that the event handler is active.
