Once a content repository is created, it may be required to delete the repository if it
is no longer needed or has been created erroneously.
Note: There may be users that
require the content repository that you wish to delete. Check with the necessary
users to ensure that the content repository is no longer needed prior to deleting
it.
Deleting a Content Repository
To delete a content repository:- Navigate to the Company Admin screen.
- Under the Campaigns sub-menu in the menu bar on the left, click on the
Content Repositories menu item. The Content Repositories
screen appears.
- Click on the Delete icon (
) beside the desired content repository. The
deletion confirmation message appears.
- To cancel without deleting the content repository, click the Cancel button. The content repository is not deleted.
- Click the OK button. The content repository is deleted and no longer displays in the list of available content repositories.
