General Rules for Integration

Database connectivity (that is, ODBC) between the Connect database and the Informatica server must be established.

Customer Master data should be loaded into Connect before the Customer Subscription and Customer Attribute data.

The ETL error tables (for example, ERROR_CUSTOMER_MASTER, ERROR_CUST_SUBSCRIPTION, ERROR_CUST_ATTRIBUTES) should be checked after data loads are completed in order to analyze and handle data that was not successfully updated into the Connect data schema.
