Follow these directions to configure a wireless domain.
- From Connect main screen, select Customers > Customer Browser. The
Customer Search screen appears.
- In Customer Search screen, you can do one of the following:
- Click the Create a New Customer button to create a new customer.
The Customer Profile screen appears.
- Search to find an existing customer. Click the edit icon
to display the Customer Profile screen
for the selected customer.
- In the Customer Profile screen, add or edit customer information as
appropriate.
- In the SMS Number field, type the customer's phone number
- In the Content Type field select Short Text from the drop-down
list.
- Click the Update button to save the customer profile.
Note: When upgrading from Connect prior releases, a new profile needs to be created for
any existing customer, for whom you want to send SMS messages.
