In the Users window you can create new user records, and edit existing records.

Click the Create a new User button to access a window where you can enter the information for a new user record.
User Name: Displays the name of each user record.
E-mail Address: Displays the e-mail address of each user record
Department: Displays the Department name of each user record.
Security Profile: Displays the description of the Security Profile as assigned to each user record. You define Security Profiles in the Security Profiles window. You can then assign a profile to each user record you create or edit.
Status: Displays the current status of each user record.
You can edit an individual user record by clicking its edit icon.
