When you click Link Overview in the Admin Messages window, Connect displays the Campaign List. Here you can select a campaign and display the messages defined for it. You can then display and update the links contained in each specific message.
View: Click the drop-down to select the status of campaigns you want to view:
- All: Displays all campaigns matching the criteria you specify in the Campaign(s) that were created field
- Expired: Displays only expired campaigns matching the criteria you specify in the Campaign(s) that were created field
- Active: Displays only currently active campaigns matching the criteria you specify in the Campaign(s) that were created field
- Creating: Displays only not-yet-active campaigns matching the criteria you specify in the Campaign(s) that were created field
Campaign(s) that were created: Click the drop-down to select the age of campaigns you want to view:
- All: Displays all campaigns of the status you select
- Last 7 Days: Displays only those campaigns of the selected status that were created in the last 7 days
- Last 30 Days: Displays only those campaigns of the selected status that were created in the last 30 days
When you’ve specified your criteria, click the Go button to display the campaigns that match your specifications.
For each campaign, you’ll see the Campaign Name, number of Customers in includes, the Conversation it belongs to, and its current Status.
To view the messages for a campaign, click its radio button, then click Next or Show Messages.
