Sending SMS Messages

What’s New

Connect provides the ability to identify and target SMS recipients and wireless domains requiring short text content. This feature enables administrator to maintain a list of SMS Aggregators and Wireless domains requiring short text content (text content with up to 160 characters). The users can define in the message configuration the short text content to be sent to these recipients.

Workflow Details

  4. Connect (Conversation Manager) processes the launched campaign.
  5. Connect (Conversation Manager) determines the content type to be sent to a customer.
  6. Connect (Mail Sender) prepares the message content to be sent.
  7. Connect (Mail Sender) sends the e-mail message to the appropriate domain.
  8. The SMS or e-mail messages are delivered.
