Several speakers touched on the importance of omni-channel communications, and the demand for complete, consistent, and contextual communication in the next generation of customer care. I would encourage your team to go further and extend the 3-C philosophy to the entire customer experience.<\/p>\n<p>The crux of the matter is how to capture a 360-degree view of the customer, deliver value consistently and put the message in context for the moment a customer interacts with the brand. Success requires that organizations use both the behavioral data of a customer\u2019s past action, and predictive analytics for the future decisions a customer may take in certain buying scenarios.<\/p>\n<p>Scott Hays, Sr. Director, Product Marketing at KANA Software drove home this challenge for businesses when he said,<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"color: #13979e;\"><i>\u201cWe are wired to process information in context.
