Chris Maeda

Chris Maeda – Founder + President + CEO

Chris was EVP and CTO of KANA Software from 2001 to 2004. Prior to KANA, he co-founded Rubric Software in Silicon Valley in 1997. Rubric was acquired by Broadbase Software in 2000, and Broadbase was acquired by KANA in 2001. Chris has a PhD in computer science from Carnegie Mellon and a BS in computer science from MIT. He enjoys airline snacks.

Sadao Sato

Sadao Sato – Managing Director, Japan.

Sadao Sato joined Brick Street Software Japan in August 2009 as Managing Director. Sato has over 20 years experience in the software industry, and has held senior management positions at Oracle Japan, Computer Associates Japan, KANA Software Japan, and SumTotal Systems Japan. Sato has a BA from the Tokyo Science University.

Gary Winder

Gary Winder - Managing Director, Asia/Pacific.

Gary has over 20 years experience in the selling and implementation of enterprise software solutions. Gary spent 11 years with Oracle in the UK and Asia, followed by 10 years with KANA, Broadbase, and Rubric in Asia and the US. Gary brings enormous technical know-how to the table having overseen several KANA Multichannel Solution implementations across Asia/Pacific and Europe.
