W. Jeffrey Rice leads our strategy consulting team. Jeff has over 8 years of hands-on experience as an email marketer and has successfully executed various B2B and B2C multichannel marketing tactics including direct mail, events, print, social media, telesales and web marketing.
Prior to Brick Street Software, Rice led the research cycle for email and mobile marketing at MarketingSherpa. He wrote qualitative analytical commentary and published four comprehensive 200-page books on the latest trends, best practices, and developments in the fields of email and mobile marketing. The content generated was the basis of training curriculum presented during four conference seminars, nine full-day workshops, and nine webinars. His findings have been cited in online publications including Forbes, HubSpot and Independent Retailer.
